First time teaching at Crossfit Copenhagen, 3 hours of Flow Yoga ( Mobility). Yaiy:)

Breakfast Inspiration - Cinnamon, Walnut, Sesame, Pumpkin + Sunflower Seed Granola

Makes 6 servings

You will need:

2 cups oats
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
3 tbsps agave nectar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2-1 tbsp cinnamon

Preheat your oven to 180C and mix all of the above well in a bowl. Then simply pour onto a baking tray and bake for approximately 30 minutes, turning occasionally to prevent it burning/sticking. Once crisp, allow to cool on the tray and transfer to an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.

Casall T.O.D. <3

Today I started working with the Casall T.O.D. ! Lately I have been focusing on my more complementary training for my Dance and Yoga. I have startet running, intervall and distance, have been doing HIIT workouts and started with TRX-training. Today’s start with Casall T.O.D. was great, it’s simple to use and holds track of time for you.
